SUPERFLOWER TAROT and HOUSE of SUPERFLOWER are part of SUPERFLOWER registered at the Kamer van Koophandel (or Chamber of Commerce) in the Netherlands under the registration of KVK 76075087, headquarters are located in Breda, Dillenburgstraat 19.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to:

  • Your use of our website;
  • Our supply of programmes, products, and services; and
  • All general interactions you have with SUPERFLOWER, SUPERFLOWER TAROT and HOUSE of SUPERFLOWER.

By entering, accessing, or using our website or any of our offerings, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. When you book or purchase any programme, product, or service, you do so subject to the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of booking.

By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

SUPERFLOWER reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase or booking will apply to that transaction.


2. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of our digital offerings—including e-books, online courses, audio materials, guided online experiences, and hybrid programmes—all sales are final and non-refundable.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains valid and that funds are available on the agreed dates. By choosing a payment plan, you agree to fulfil all scheduled payments.

Failure to meet payment obligations may result in loss of access to all related materials, sessions, and community spaces. Any payments made prior to that point will not be refunded.

2.1 Coaching & 1:1 Sessions

If you purchase a programme that includes 1:1 coaching sessions, you are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the date of your signed agreement, full payment, or first instalment.
If a session takes place within that period and you then withdraw, you will be charged for the session(s) already delivered.

If you are unable to attend agreed 1:1 sessions, you may request to pause your coaching process for up to 1 month. After that time, unused sessions are forfeited, and any outstanding fees remain payable.


3. Fees

Current fees for all programmes, services, and products are listed on our website or relevant sales pages.
SUPERFLOWER reserves the right to change fees or offerings at any time. However, the fee agreed upon at the start of a programme or service will be honoured for its duration.

Future work or renewals are not guaranteed at the same rate.


4. Disclaimer

The services and products provided by SUPERFLOWER are not medical, psychological, or financial advice.
Our work is rooted in intuitive, spiritual, and coaching-based frameworks designed for personal growth, insight, and empowerment.

We are not licensed healthcare professionals. You agree that any decision to engage in complementary or alternative tools is entirely your responsibility and that you should consult with a qualified healthcare provider if you are currently under medical or psychological care.

You acknowledge that results vary between individuals.
We do not make any representations or guarantees regarding specific outcomes—emotional, spiritual, financial, or otherwise. Your results depend on your personal commitment, background, and circumstances.

SUPERFLOWER accepts no liability for actions you take or do not take as a result of our work together.


5. Confidentiality

We value your trust and confidentiality.
During our work together, you may share personal, emotional, or professional information. SUPERFLOWER agrees not to disclose, share, or use this information for any purpose other than our work together, unless required by law.

We will not publicly disclose that you are a client without your explicit permission.


6. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide supportive and professional guidance, you understand that your participation and results are your sole responsibility.

SUPERFLOWER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including, but not limited to:
loss of profits, business interruption, emotional distress, or data loss.

Our total liability to you, whether arising from contract, negligence, or otherwise, shall never exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant programme, product, or service.

If we are prevented from delivering a service due to factors beyond our reasonable control (such as illness, internet outages, or force majeure events), SUPERFLOWER will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or find an alternative solution but cannot be held liable for any resulting losses.


7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, videos, texts, images, and frameworks shared through SUPERFLOWER’s programmes, courses, and sessions remain the intellectual property of SUPERFLOWER.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for your own personal development. You may not copy, share, reproduce, or distribute these materials in any form without prior written consent.

Recording of any live sessions or courses is not permitted unless explicitly authorised by SUPERFLOWER.


8. Privacy & Data Protection

SUPERFLOWER is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Dutch privacy laws.

Your information is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
